All training sessions do come with comprehensive stats. BF composition and BMI reading and other stats. Also with meal planning along with supplementation to achieve the best results. The range of sessions start at 10-12 sessions per month, there after we can arrange more if requested by the client. The way I arrange my program is based off of consistency, so as you see the more dedicated you are to the program the cheaper the pricing is. My goal is to fully help you to achieve your goals and to keep you accountable in the gym as well as outside of the facility by making smart decisions with what we eat. Let's get this ball rolling. This is a 3 month minimum program. Copy and paste and fill out the questionnaire below. I prefer monthly installments. Payment will be made via Paypal or Zelle or Cash app. Cash is also accepted. I train at Extreme Iron Pro Gym 17390 Preston RD #360 Dallas TX 75252. The gym has a separate gym membership for $35.00 Monthly. You can contact me via email or cell at 214-723-1862. All sessions purchased will be good for 60 days per installment. Also your sessions will rollover if they are missed. If I show to your facility and you are not present, you will be charged for that session. Must be willing to meal prep. Please try and provide a text or call for cancellation ASAP. If you are more than 15 minutes late you also will be charged for the session.
